Who are some of the best vendors for laptops sold to India?

I'm looking for a cheap laptop to send to my SO in New Delhi.

Call them and see whats availible in there area. But you may loose any warenty support shipping it to them. Often companies will not give support for items outside the contry they where purchased in.

I believe "them" is the receiving party in this instance, any general direction on what the laptop will be used for?
