Inexpensive DVI Video Card?

I am looking for a fairly inexpensive DVI video card to replace my Asus All-in-one-deluxe thing from a few years ago. Software to view TV via the tuner doesnt seem to work very well anymore, nor would I probably use it for that and its just out dated.

My new monitor has DVI and I am looking for a card that is budget oriented for a system that is non-gamer, occassional DVD viewing/video editing, mostly work oriented.

Suggestions?
