Inexpensive Cooling Setup

I have an ASUS P5GDC-V Deluxe motherboard with P4 2.8 Ghz. This machine heats up as hell. I am going to take it to a desert area where temperatures are usually greater than 40 deg celsius. I was thinking of applying coolants and using fans for the rig.
Can I know some good brands for Thermal Pastes?
 
i would recommend you use as5 and maybe get a good cpu heatsink like the ultra 90 and some panaflo fans. make sure you have good case air flow. that will help alot.
