Shipping for me was only about $10 and it was shipped from TX to Chicago. That's pretty reasonable.

It's not colorful, but I guess you could paint it.

Check Electroseller.com. This is really pretty decent stuff, the psu's are not the best(deer?) but you can get a color coordinated setup pretty reasonable. Not really my thing, but to each their own.
