I like the small mice made for laptops. but i cannot find a cheap one with 5 buttons.

i like the fact that i can program the 2 extra buttons.

Laptop mice are, by nature, expensive. 5 button mice are also, by nature, expensive. 5-button laptop mice, if they even exist, are ridiculously expensive.
I would go with a Logitech MX510. You can get one for 22$ and Amazon, and it's still one of the best gaming mice available. Of course, it's corded, but that's a small price to pay for top-notch performance. Compgeeks.com also has a refurbished Logitech Cordless Click! mouse for 13$, which is nice if you do'nt mind forgoeing the extra buttons.

I use a A-Tech 5 button, 2 wheel, USB mouse that I got from NewEgg (~$20). However it is NOT small.
