I have a 754lmr, pcchips.. i just bought it so i could get a cheap computer to do word for my sister. apparently its not booting, as if the cpu was dead. but everything is new so its unlikely. its a

and thats really it. for it to boot.. it has integreated, video,sound, lan and modem. its nice for the price. but it wont boot. i have no idea. i put in a ghetto pci vid card. still nothing. im coming to the conclusino that its the motherboard or the cpu thats out. thanks!
