Industry Giant 2

I got this game recently and i cant make it run. It just says "your graphics card will now be tested for campatibility with industry giant 2" so i click "ok" and screen goes blank and flickers a bit (not with the pretty colors displayed in typical tests) then it takes me back to desktop and tells me itll test the compatibility again.... endless cycle.

Anyone know what to do? It seems to be one of *those* games that dosent seem to have too much coverage on the net and i cant find anyone else with my problem anywhere.

lol, i got the same message. i was too embarrassed to admit buying it, even if it was $5.00, so i never asked. just threw it in a drawer.

i really don't understand why it would do it. i can't imagine there is a patch out there for it but i never looked.

My friend bought it and i borrowed it
I patched it to the latest version and still no luck 9800PRO btw.

O well, im borrwing empire earth II, mite have more fun/luck with that
