Saw this thread on notebookreview. Anyone tried it? Couldn't find any reviews or anything on google. It's supposed to be better than thermal grease, according to their webpage.
 
Looking at their charts, isn't 2-4 mil awfully thick for a layer of grease type TIM? The gummy stuff, maybe, but I'm used to barely being able to see on a die--I'd be quite surprised of the typical thickness was in the range of a hair.
 
judging by those charts it looks like it needs high PSI
I doubt it's better than a quality thermal paste (ie: as5) but likely better than traditional silicone based white pastes.
