Cool video, just to give you guys little background, Air India is solely owned and operated by the parent company with same name which is owned by Government of India. It, by far, has the worst reputation amongst all airlines that exists out there. Planes are dirty, staff is RUDE, restrooms are filthy and food is horrible. It has flight from US to India and the only people who travel are corporate passengers or if people who book last minute and don’t have choice or people who don’t know any better. Amongst our Indian community here in US, if someone says they traveled by Air India, they instantly becomes (proverbial) outcasts.
This dude obviously is unhappy with this job, flights get cancelled left and right and so he doesn’t get paid adequately, they wouldn't give him NOC (No Objection Certificate) so he can’t get another job, and air hostesses are old so he can’t flirt with anyone... so he goes and makes this video cursing the organization and worker's union who are obviously not doing anything. Worst case, he will get fired and finally will be eligible to get another job.
