INDIAN FOOD Question...

When I go to an Indian restaurant, and they serve papadum, they usually serve 2 or 3 chutneys to dip it in... One is a green cilantro/coriander chutney, another is a red onion chutney... What is the third one made of? It is usually dark red/maroonish and tastes sweet.

Thanks!

Tamarind Chutney looks right... I've recently discovered the joy of microwaving papadums in my home and I'm looking for the right chutneys to dip them in. Thanks!!!
