Ladies, Gents, and in-betweens of ATOT,

Some great news - Narendra Modi will become India's Prime Minister this Friday (May 16, 2014).

Source

India is at a defining moment - to become truly free from the clutches of colonial thieves and their bastardized slaves who have ruled India since it's "independence" in 1947.

But for a brief moment of hope from 1998 - 2004, India has been ruled by the Congress party - a political party of mentally colonized folks.

Mahatma Gandhi's wish was that Congress (the party) would be dissolved immediately after independence in 1947. Unfortunately, that dream of his has taken this long to become reality.

I am truly happy this day. I am so glad that many Indians, and specifically Hindus, care enough about their country, culture, and way of life to vote for someone who feels the same - that India will regain its glorious past as the economic, spiritual, and cultural might of this world.

India - if it is to realize its true potential, needs a strong, decisive leader like Narendra Modi who has ruled the western state of Gujarat for over 12 years.

He has been democratically elected thrice and won with overwhelming majority as Chief Minister of his state. His destiny is the top spot in the country - the Prime Minister of India! :D

All the anti-Indians and anti-Hindus can lick ass and eat shit!

Jai Hind!

People, you have to realize Rome wasn't built in a day. You have to bribe the right people to get things rolling.

India's claim to fame is rat infestations and shit everywhere. Maybe Modi will fix it by getting into a nuclear war with Pakistan and wiping out both of your populations and cleaning up the poo problem.

With the buckets of money being throw at India's labor, I would hope there is a stronger emerging middle/working class as well, and they never relinquish power back to the select few.

Does this mean the US will lose more, the same or less jobs to India? Growing freedom in a lower income country tends to push more jobs to that country.

He's going to have a heck of a job ahead of him to fix that mess of a country. I don't know much about him, but hopefully for everyone in india he's not a mentally ill racist like the OP.

Yes, but what makes you think there will be "growing freedom" there? If OP likes this clown so much, it probably means he's a mental case and racist.

The results aren't in yet. Hope Modi wins and gets a chance to fix things the right way after a long time.

Hey asshole, over 500 million voters participated in the election. So preach your 'freedom' drivel where it belongs, up your pie hole.

You begin working on solving the world population crises by driving your entire family off the bridge, Okay? Thank you.

Lol, people think a politician can fix all of India's problems. So damn gullible.

Everything comes in slow steps. This Narendra Modi can actually start with that job, we Indians are just expecting him to do that.

India will have to make massive internal changes to alter the perception that has been generated over the past 20-30 years as to what India is viewed as.

I do not think that India was ever considered an economic might.
"Spiritual and cultural might" may be in the eyes of the beholder.

All the anti-Indians and anti-Hindus can lick ass and eat shit!

Such an attitude is not going to accomplish much.
You are also encouraging internal strife by excluding anyone that is not Hindu.

Hopefully your new leadership does not exhibit this attitude that you are showing.

India is plagued by overpopulation, rampant pollution, endemic corruption, and a terribly inefficient economy (just to name a few).

To believe that one man (or one administration) could change all of that is laughable. Changes like that need decades, perhaps even 100 years or more assuming no further fuck ups.

India's problems are largely cultural.

That is a very difficult thing to fix when their people are so vehemently proud of even the most broken parts. This thread is a perfect example.

India's problems are to be fixed by Indians, not a new leader.
