Increasing available memory for DOS in Win2k/XP?

You've got it. The PIF file looks like a shortcut and it will start your DOS application with custom parameters so you can adjust your memory settings as you need. Right click your DOS executable, click on Properties, click on the Memory tab, and then adust your settings and click OK. A PIF file should automatically be created in the same directory as your DOS executable. Start your application using the PIF file and it will run the program with your memory settings.

Well I tried it, and the problem is a DBASE IV problem in Xp, keeps saying insufficent memory. I made everything the maximum value and still got the error. If anyone knows of a fix, im all ears :)
