Increase vm's drive space?

I'm using VMWare in my environment with VMotion, currently 3 ESX servers. I have a VM with 30gigs of drive space and I'd like to easily increase that drive space to 50gigs. What's my best bet?

I don't know about in ESX but in the free GSX there's a command vmware-vdiskmanager that can grow disk images. Just remember that you'll also have to grow the filesystem inside of the VM after the disk itself is grown.

Yeah no command like that with what we're working on. I've checked our VC and ESX servers and come up with nothing. I was thinking there might be a way to either snapshot or clone the machines themseles and then possiblly add another drive and move the OS over to that drive. My developer that I'm doing this for is looking for 1 drive at 50gigs with the OS on there.
