Increase resolution in OSX?

The native resolution in my Powerbook G3 is 1024x768.

I'm curious to know if there is any way to increase the resolution? (I know you can scale down, but can you also scale up to say 1152x864 or 1280x960? Or can you just not scale up on an LCD?)

Is there a config file tucked away somewhere that I could edit?

I am fairly certain that you cannot scale up on LCD displays like you can on a CRT. I think you are stuck at 1024*768

Yea, Spaces rocks. You can have up to 16 separate desktops, work with multiple monitors, and assign programs to an individual space or all of them at once.
