Increase overclock, comp runs cooler under load!

Interesting situation, not a problem, but worth a mention. Was running a p4 3c at 3300 with idle of 40 and load (prime 95) of 49. After increasing speed to 3400, idle went to 41, but load temp stays at 41...no increase. this is weird. Any ideas why?

Xp 120, Asus p4s800d-e, Windows XP.

a lot of times, when you increase voltage, the sensor in the die gets sort of screwed up, and doesnt read correctly. as long as it passes prime, its not overheating too much, so dont worry about your exact temps too much.

I'm definitely not worried. I did not increase voltage to gett from 3300 to 3400, just increased the fsb.
