Increase Memory Usage

I wanted to know if there is a way in the system bios to increase the amount of memory being used by the system. I'm using 4 1gb sticks of Geil PC3200 memory and I believe there was a way to adjust either the Latency, Voltage or Timing. Any help will do thanks

The following site gives basic info on BIOS, CMOS, etc.: BIOS

In the BIOS it is possible to set pre-allocated memory. There is also fixed memory and dynamic memory allocation to set in your PC. For Video-memory, Virtual Memory, System Memory. The following site - although very compressed info - gives an overview on tweaking memory: Tweaking Memory
