Incorrect DRAM Frequency?

Hi,

I have 3GBs of the Patriot Viper DDR3 1333mhz memory. My motherboard was set to default by accident so I had to redo my Core i7 920 overclock to 3.8ghz. In the process I think I messed something up. When I run CPU-Z, it says I'm running at 3.8ghz, but my DRAM Frequency says 760mhz. Is this incorrect? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
