Question Inconsistent cookie retention with Edge, especially on this forum

This is my current Edge Version 96.0.1054.43. Many times, when I return to this forum and others, my last read position is not saved like it used to be. I've checked my profile and I should be retaining these cookies. Any similar experiences?
Also, I've checked my Add Ons and I can't figure out where the grammar Nazi that also showed up is controlled in Edge.
