Well I just got done with my first build which used an FIC AU13 Mobo (Nforce2) and a OCZ 512mb pc3200 dual pack and when I tried to install windows xp or 2k I would constantly get varying BSODs. I thought it might be the RAM so I update the bios, tried with one stick, ran memtest and it passed, and I upped the vdimm to 2.7 like it said to do at OCZs website and still nothing. So I think that the RAM is just incompatible with my mobo so I was wondering can I RMA this RAM from newegg because it is incompatible and can I get another type of RAM or a Refund or to I just get the RAM replaced.

Thanks in Advance!

The POST POLICE are going to get you!

Well, Maybe not.
Maybe you can adjust the memory settings in the BIOS.
They're probably using the SPD right now.
If you back-off the settings a little, it might help.

So can I RMA the RAM for incompatibility? Has any one actually done this and gotten a refund or was able to get another kind of RAM? Also if I do get a refund to I have to pay a huge restocking fee or would I just be better off selling the RAM on E-bay?

Thanks for all of your help!

From Newegg site:

? May I exchange my RMA'd item for a different product?

No. We do not exchange RMA items for different items. We replace an item only with the exact same item type. If the warranty period for a refund has not been exceeded, an RMA request for refund can be placed online and then the new item can be purchased (also online) and the RMA item will be refunded when received. You may view this as an exchange.
