Including a Picture in a Mail Merge?

Howdy,

I'm looking to whip up a template that we can use to make a photo directory for our church. I can do mail merges easy enough but I'm not sure what to do about the picture.

I'll have some way of getting the data into CSV or XLS format but will most likely have pictures separate. I was thinking I could name the pictures to match the last name or something and then have it pull it in from a query or something.

Or if someone has a different way of doing it, I'm open to suggestions.
