I don't usually watch this show but I caught the last few and there's something that's a little creepy about it. First off, I noticed that the show's original daughter isn't there anymore. Now it seems like their nice looking niece (Veronica) is living there instead. The creepy part is George's son (Max) seems like he is coming on to her all the time and I'm surprised that a TV show would have something like this. Am I correct in thinking that Veronica is George's niece and therefore is the cousin of Max?

Well, have you ever seen Arrested Development? One of the funniest things about that show was the "secret" love between the two cousins.... If anyone remembers this one

Tobias: We're ass to ankles back here Maeby, how about you jump on your cousin's lap?
(Maeby jumps on George Michael's lap)
Michael: Stretch of bumpy road coming up everyone...

or....

Narrator: George Michael was getting ready for school when he came across a box of love letters he'd written, but never sent, to his cousin Maeby. One letter, titled "If you weren't my cousin," was particularly incriminating.

What a great show...

EDIT: Forgot to adress the post :p.... If they're trying to use it like it was used in Arrested Development, it's a pretty good idea, but I've never seen the show and am not particularly sure how they use it.

I recall the original daughter being pretty hot. Link to pictures of this niece?

Also, how did they explain the daughter's disappearance?
