InCD reader?

I recently migrated from DirectCD to InCD for packet writing, and in DCD, when I inserted a DCD CD into a CD-ROM that is MultiRead but DCD isn't installed, they put a UDF Reader onto the CD that could be accessed, but in InCD, it doesn't have that, so how can I read InCD Cd's on PC's that don't have InCD installed? Thanks!
