InCD CDRW seen as Read Only

I don't know what to make of this. I could reformat the CDRW, but isn't there another way to deal with this? I'm running Windows 2000 and the CDRW was formatted with InCD, a fairly recent version (Oct. 2004). I can't edit the names of files on the CDRW or create folders, etc. Happens in both my writing drives (CDRW and DVD-RW drives). Any suggestions appreciated!

I think I must have been mistaken and didn't use packet writing when I wrote the disk. I reformated it with InCD and now things are OK.
