You're probably right, but then, that's why I've worked in IT for 10 years and am moving into game art and design; no unions there, and no need for them. As for construction folks and whatnot, I agree that at *least* they have some leg to stand on with being skilled labor. The grocery workers are little more than trained monkeys.
