In Windows Vista, has MS changed the "Program Files" directory to "Programs"?

I'd like that change if they haven't.

You can change it on your own before you install windows.

Hopefully they did not do what Windows x86-64 does when "upgrading".

64 bit programs go in "Program Files"
32 bit programs installed before the upgrade go to "Program Files (x86)"
32 bit programs installed after the upgrade still go to "Program Files"

IE and Windows Update break because of being moved.
