After installing the via 4in1 4.26 busmasters I can't find those properties either. They used to be under properties for the cddrive.

I don't know about the autorun or disconnect, but you turn DMA on under IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers in the properties for either primary or secondary IDE controller depending on where your cd-rom is located.

PC_Freak: You should not install the via drivers since you are using an intel board. These drivers are for via boards only.

You can find the check boxes for the DMA under Device Manager >IDE ATAPI Controllers in the advanced properties of the respective IDE channel(Primary or secondary). To change the autorun mode you need to make changes in the registry...goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Cdrom and then change the autorun value to 0 if you want to disable it or 1(which is the default) to enable it ......I dunno about the disconnect option though.............never bothered about it.
