It has two USB ports on the front of the case. Comes with a 250W power supply. Has an 80mm fan in the rear. I believe there is a place for a 80mm fan in the front as well.

I was thinking of getting V523 from Directron for $49 after shipping, but I was able to get the V526 for $43 after shipping.
I have not seen this case at any other website. The case came in a big box marked Northgate as if this case was part of a system. The case is new. I believe AccessMicro offers this case as part of barebones systems and this might be why it came in the big box.
