Yeah. I don't think it matters what side the drivers side is on, as long as you're on the correct side of the road.

I didn't know if was explicitly illegal anywhere. There was a Jeep dealer near me selling a RHD Wrangler a few months ago

all of them. However a lot of imported RHD vehicles do not meet us safety and emissions standards so you won't be able to easily get them registered.

Most postal worker's I've seen drive normal LHD cars from the middle of the car. It's bizzare to see, but in practice it works well.

wow, only newpaper folks do it that way here, most of our postal workser buy the rh jeep cherokees. or they use the provided "box" vehicles
