If an army medic or chaplain met his enemy counterpart, should they kill each other?

  • No, they should/are not required to do so.

so a medic is walking all by himself? He's not with a squad? And the other medic is too?

Lets say everyone else is injured except the two medics.

Would they return to healing their own army members first or kill each other and then get back to business?

In that case they might have to try to kill each other since you don't want them being able to attack or let others know where the injured soldiers are. If they are by themselves, maybe not.
 
The chaplains should run each other through with bayonets. As they both die, one should scream "I told you so!"
