Let's act like we are college freshmen. I will go first.

Dude, this place totally kicks ass. My roommate is so cool, and I am just loving the common bathrooms stuff. I am totally down with school pride, Go <insert school's football team>! Classes seem easy. I was in honors in high school, so I can ace all these classes like easily. I think I will either become a doctor or a lawyer.
 
What?!?! I'm a college freshman and I don't recal EVER saying anyhting REMOTELY close to that.................
 
College is gonna be awesome. I was the most popular kid at my high school. I'm too smart for this. I'm going to triple major in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, and biomedical sciences. I'm also going to get my post-doctoral degree in EE. I'll do all of this in 4 years. I'm also gonna party every weekend. I can't wait to teach the professors a thing or two about what they're teaching.

Oh yeah, back in HS, all the teacher knew I that I know my stuff. Even more then them. I would get into these arguments with my teachers about the finer points of Physics. I can't wait to do that again in my Physics 108 class. The teacher looks like a dork, can't even speak English. Let me show him his place.
 
all you dorks are bashing college cause you didnt have a good time. I loved a lot of things about freshman year, and if you didnt enjoy it then you're pretty antisocial.

LoL. I'm in college currently (senior) and having a good time. Looking back on my Freshman year, there were some funny aspects, that's all. Like the way you look at school, classes, life, etc..

Geez don't have to take it all personal lol

College is and has been the funnest times of my life. I'll be sticking around for Grad school 🙂

Ah yes... I said pretty much those exact same words when i first got here... Now, its "thank god I moved out of my old room and in with another kid who isnt a fast-talking afro haired guy with a slight stuttering problem." The trash chute in the bathroom makes it impossible NOT to gag when throwing stuff away, i have yet to go to an actual organized game, $crew Leathernecks. "You guys expect me to remember ALL of this?". Im on an honors floor with 2 chronic liars, the afro kid, oompa-loompa man, the rarely seen sasquatch, kid we call Little Suzy, AND ATOT member FallenHero... College is a lot different than I thought it'd be...

I am a college freshman and this is the type of thing I say
*Comes out of a midterm....*
-My ass is sore.

*omes out of finals...*
- Pass the Preparation H, my ass is in pain

*Any other morning*
- Is it normal that I find that there aren't enough hours in the week to complete my weekly work? Does anyone else find sleep to be huge waste of time?

*Friday evening*
- Give me something to dull the pain my saddistic professors love inflicting on me. I'll drink, it smoke it or whatever else is necessary to make me forget about it for a few hours.
 
I am college freshmen and so far it rocks

The independence of living on your own with out your parents breathing down your back is simply amazing. (There Asian)

Maybe it was just my home town but there wasn't anything to do except with the ocasional party here and there, along with the usual bowling/movies blah. Here at college anything I could possibly do to pass time is available, Wacky Wednesdays, Thirsty Thursdays and always parties on Friday and Saturdays. If your not up for that there is always something to do just to chill, foozball, halo, watch a movie etc etc etc.

The girls...I think they got more hotter in college and are a lot more welcoming.

I wake up everyday (with the exceptions of midterms and finals) thinking how lucky I am to be here and how much fun I am having yet learning so much at the same time.

I love college.
