In theory, what would these drugs do to you if taken at the same time?

I think your mg are off. As far as I know the lowest oxycontin dose is only a 10 mg tablet. There is a 5 mg oxycodone which is immediate release. Unless you are cutting the 10 mg oxycontin into thirds which isn't recommended because it will lose the extended release. 500mg of hydrocodone will probably kill you but I am assuming you mean 5 mg of hydrocodone and 500 mg acetaminophen (tylenol). If that is the case then taking all three will probably help with the pain, get rid of nausea possibly and relax some muscles. Other than that it will make you really tired.
 
msds says the LD50 of hydrocodone in rats is 375mg/kg and "humans are probably much more sensitive". not very good descriptive quality there.


if you want to die by opiods get some fentanyl 😛
