I dont know. Probably not. I have been at partys that got broken up and it has always been the house owner (or child of said family) that gets the sitation. I was sober once and the officer just told me to drive my friends home. They got a letter about a week later telling their parents what happened. I have never heard of it, but Im sure it is illegal. Perhaps its because you didnt report said illegal activity or something... I dont know, Im talking out of my ass here.

Just 'don't have an ID' with you, and no worries...

They could pin the purchase on you if you do show you are 21 though.

Are you of age?

yeah... I dont think it would be illegal for you to be in the prescence of drunk minors... but, they certainly could charge you with providing alcohol to a minor.
