I was getting it on my iPhone. Reloading didn't help. Closing tab and reopening didn't help. Requesting desktop site and disabling content blockers didn't help. Then it worked when I tapped in the address bar and re-submitted the current address. Probably just lucky coincidence...?

Looks like it was down for a bit, working now. Tried on phone and pc, 3 different browsers, refreshing a few times, clicking links or going to youtube.com and clicking on something from the front page.
