In the mood for a new video card, looking for recommendations

I would get a HD7950 in any flavor except for XFX which has lousy coolers. Just look at the thermal images and see for yourself: http://www.hardware.fr/articles/853-17/thermographie-infrarouge-cartes-graphiques.html A damned shame because I used to buy XFX cards, but not anymore after their stupid cost-cutting.
