In the market for RAM

I'm about to make a memory purchase, and I think I've found a killer deal. Check it out.

The only RAM that I could find on newegg with similar specs and manufactured by the same company is this.

It's almost twice as much!! What I'm wondering is if this is really the deal it looks like. Am I missing something vital that makes the newegg RAM worth $145? I'm going to get this stuff VERY soon, so I was hoping for a little feedback first. Thanks.

I've been watching both of these for the past several weeks now, seems like slowly they're dropping more and more.

I got two of these for my girl's rig and its stellar. Patriot makes good stuff.

The Geil RAM in both of my links are PC3200. They both are rated at the exact same timings. Gameve doesn't explicitly state that they are having any kind of special deal and yet there's a price difference of ~$70. Any idea why?
