In the market for a TV to game on

I am looking at possibly a 32" ish HD TV to game on. I mainly play BF3 at the moment and want something bigger than my currect 22" non-HD monitor.

Is this a good idea? If so, LCD or LED.....what exactly should I be looking for?

I think I just read that you can't get Plasma's under 42"

Plasma are the best IMO, 600Hz refresh rate when you play UT1
