I am in the market for a 20" flat panel display. I have already read the numerous threads on this forum and the AnandTech article that compares the 20" Apple Cinema Display to its comperable Dell counterpart, which I believe shares the same technologies.
As I will require this monitor for use on both an Apple G4 and my PC gaming rig, the Dell is automatically out of the running as it is only PC compatible...the Apple monitor is both PC and G4 compatible.
That being said, I have seen numerous threads that mention coupons or other cost saving options for saavy shoppers...I have caught the Dell monitor on sale a couple of times...have even discovered rebates and offers on Samsung and Viewsonic monitors...but the cheapest I have ever seen the Apple monitor is around $700.
People often provide links to sites that provide coupons, rebates and incentives that are not generally advertised, but are out there for those who know where to find them.
Anyone know of where I can find a promotional code to get the Apple monitor at a discount? Thanks
