No, just around my floor (for the ladies' enjoyment)...

i highly doubt that would classify as "enjoyment"

The bubba's will enjoy it in prison when you go in for indecent exposure and who knows what else.

Go to your local book store & look at a copy of the Arnold Encyclopedia of Body Building :D

Personally I like Squats (various forms) and Deadlifts :D

when someone ses they do "3 sets of 12 reps" of something, does that mean they lift 12 times, rest a minute, lift 12 times, rest a minute, lift 12 times?

yes. those three sets can be spread over a resonable amount of time. I'm not sure if you mean like rest 60 seconds or a short period of time...(let me rest a minute).

well if you are working on one body part on one, do you have alot of things to do? and i see people say things like 3 reps of 12,10,8 etc, is that better, to kind of downsize it between rests?

I use the Leg Curls on my Bowflex. You lie on your belly and curl the bar upwards with your legs. It works both the hamstring and lower glutiels. I have the Squat bar also with the system.. but I don't want to injure my back so I do lateral bench presses.

Completely depends on what you are trying to accomplish. doing downsize reps is only good (in my experience) when you start out with a lot of weight, and try to do as many as you can in the first set, then downsize in the next two or three. I will usually go between two different exercises. Like if i'm benching, when i take my break between sets, i'll do some lat pulls. all depends on what is open, how busy the place is, and what you are trying to accomplish.

No, that's wrong. They lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, lift 3 times, rest 12 minutes, then lift 3 times, and continue.

Going all the way down does damage to your knees, if u're using weights. Only go down to a 90 degree angle at most.

i tend to go a little past my 90 degrees (i have big quads and hams), push through my heels... that's the form i was taught... it only hurts your knees if you start putting some of the weight on your toes from what i heard...
