Any Aphex Twin/Caustic Window/Polygon Window/AFX album. Mainly Aphex Twin's 'Richard D. James Album' and 'I Care Because You Do', and Polygon Window's 'Surfing on Sine Waves' album. Richard D. James is the greatest musician alive :)

Pink Floyd - Animals is most definitely perfect.
Beatles - Revolver is also perfect.

These are the only two albums I can think of that are perfect, but there are a lot of close seconds. (Also jazz opens a huge can of worms in this area.)

Darkside was ruined by Money IMO, and the Wall is no where near perfect. Wish You Were Here is pretty durn good.
