To sleep in; boxers and a t-shirt.

For lounging around at night; any thick/soft sweat pants, socks and long sleeve shirt/sweater.

I found some of the most comfotable pants the other day, they are lined with flannel, it's like wearing pajammas to work.

What are the best materials to sleep in when it comes to keeping centipedes away?

i guess i needed to clarify my original post,

i was thinking of loungewear before/after bed, not sleeping in.

softest feel and will give warmth coz i'm going to a cold place.

i'm thinking of narrowing the field down to thick flannel and/or fleece; other materials to look into?

Yea, i get my stuff at Victorias Secret, but that doesn't do much good for you... alhtough they do have larger sizes... You cannot beat a soft robe and silk PJ's
