I still have a kt-133 sdram athlon 1400 mhz. It currently has a gts in there, but i have grown detested of it sadly. i just love 32 bit color and 1280x1024 texture res. I'm looking for a cheap vid card, preferably under $90 that will give new gaming life, (not looking for fancy items such as pixel and vertex shaders or dvi or tvout), also i prefer that it mite have nice overclockability.

Have u thought about getting a GF3 Ti200? from Gainward.
They O/C very well and speed is great. The price is a little more than what you're wanting to spend.. cauze if you get GF2 Ti series, that might not be much of a jump from your GTS.

For $90?

A GeForce2 Ti, GeForce4 MX440, Radeon 7500 would all be within your price range and offer a decent boost over your GTS.

Personally, I'd recommend saving a bit more and going with a GF3 Ti200, or a Radeon 8500 though.

If you must stay under $90 and don't want any extraneous features a GF4 MX440 is probably your best option, it'll give you a fairly decent performance boost.
If you can afford a bit more then a Radeon 8500 is definitely a faster card, with an excellent feature set and should last you for awhile.
