In need of a motherboard

I need help finding another motherboard. For some reason my motherboard won't except my new ram is a 184pin ddr400. My current setup is

MSI 865GM2-LS Socket 478 Intel 865G Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Pentium 4 2.8C Northwood 2.8GHz Socket 478 Processor
CHAINTECH SA5500T2 GeForce FX5500 256MB DDR AGP 4X/8X Video Card
a iDE hdd by western digital
a sata hdd by seagate.
1gb (2x512mb) ddr333 by kingston.

I'm looking for a good mother board that supports everything i currently have and my new ram. Anything will help. Thanks.
 
ewiz has an asrock 865g board for $48 shipped with 2 ddr slots (pricewatch ad). Also available are Intel boards with 4 ddr slots. I also used the 2.8c on an msi board, and it had a tendency to reboot ocassionally when overclocked to 3.5. But it wasn't picky about ram. It worked with just about any brand of pc3200. Be sure the board is the problem before getting another one. Now is a good time to upgrade. Fry's has the 805 dual core with ecs agp board for only $78 (heatsink extra). The board has 2 ddr slots and a separate agp slot, as well as onboard video.
