I ask a question (it can be anything, hence the name potpourri), the first person that answers right gets to ask the next question and so on... Simple enough, yea?

Oh and try not to cheat.

Here's my question:

What is the capital of Colombia?

sustained or gust?
surface or at altitude? :confused:

. Highest surface wind speed on record (231 mph [372 km/h])
source linked

Surface is fine...I'm guessing that was at Mt. Washington in New Hampshire.

The "windiest" U.S. city is Mt. Washington, NH, where the wind speed averages 35.3 miles per hour. The highest recorded wind speed there was 231 mph. It is also the coldest mainland US city, with an average daily low temperature of 19.8 degrees.

The windspeed question leaves itself open for interpretation.
Such as a mountain, sea level, in a tornado.
Tornado has to be fastest at over 300 MPH

what is the "Hungarian Naming Convention" ?

This is the historic treaty where all Eastern Eurpoean countries got together and agreed that everyone's last name would end with:
-sky
-ski
-vich
-witz
-chev

:D

Compare to the Scandic Convention where they agreed on -son and -dottir.

No, really, it's a programmers' technique where you name things with a prefix designating what they are.
Like in database programming

tblXXX = table
qryYYY = query

etc.
