In Living Color

So I was walking through Best Buy the other day when I saw the box set for season two.. Figured it was worth the 29.99 purchase price (26 episodes)..
I started watching some of them last night, that show was pretty damn funny during its run and is still funny today. It was during the time were Fox was the new kid on the block and they had no problems doing skits that the other networks wouldn't dare touch..
The Men on Film, Homey the Clown, the handicapped superhero, the homeless bum, Firemarshall Bill, the edumacated black prisoners not making sense and EVERYTHING James Carey (before he switched it to Jim) did were hilarious. I also just got several seasons of Curb Your Enthusiasm but I find this much funnier.

I remember when the homeless guy grabbed the pickle out of the jar and took a bite out of it. I almost lost my lunch.

It was great back in the day. Seemed to decline after Jim Carrey left, but was much better than SNL for a few seasons.

the best parts of In Living COlor were the music video spoofs.

these particular ones come to mind:

Vanilla Ice - Ice Ice Baby
MC Hammer - Can't Touch This
Michael Jackson - Black or White
Sir Mix a Lot - Baby got Back
Shabba Ranks - Mr. Loverman
