in I need eye surgery.Will they put me to sleep?

Do they just eutanise you( and your still awake ) or they can put you to sleep totally to procede to the surgery?

Im just very scared about knowing they will just eutanise me and i will still be awake when they operate me.

If anyone who did the surgery or know anything about it can tell me things about that plz lemme know
 
you mean the bladeless? I thought you stay awake, they put something to keep your eyelid open, and then the whole procedure takes like 10 minutes...
 
I got a eye that go into the wrong way (curving eye ).One of my eye look like it look to the left and my othe eye is normal, looking at center

For something like that, they may do general anethesia. You really should be talking to your doctor about this kind of stuff.
 
When I had to get my retinas operated on (for detachment) I was awake the entire time. They numbed my eye with these drops and then put this funky looking big ol' lense on my eye. He then shot a laser through there and it was done in about 15-20 minutes per eye. It feels like theres a slight pinching going on.
 
A guy I know at my work had a cataract and got a new lens put in. They just did local for him. He said he saw red when they broke up the cataract/old lens. Other than that it wasn't too bad I guess. He was back to work in about 5 days.

What kind of sick-ass doctors do you use? Remind to never go to them -- I mean if they are just going to euthanize you -- I don't want to die.
 
Anastesia, jessh ooops, i always mix the 2 words Anastesia and Eutanasia.

Anastesia make you stay awake but your all frosted lol, and i hate that
 
Likely awake, but you won't be able to see much or feel anything.

I will eventually need cornea transplants in both eyes, & I'll be awake when it's done.

I can't wait, should be a trip.

My brother got the corrective lens laser surgery, he was awake the whole time. They just used local.
