Congrats! I spent about an hour looking over the site. Been losing weight since mid-Oct, dropped 15 and 2" off my waist so far, was looking for ideas on how to drop the next 15 and another inch or so. Realized tonight that diet and occasional weight lifting wasn't getting it done, need to get back into cardio and come up with a more structured weight schedule to get to the next step. Figure my ideal weight is 175-180 so that's what I'll shoot for.
