In Germany: Need a good PAL to NTSC converter

I don't want to buy a new TV just for 1 year.

Cable company has a digital cable TV receiver. Can anyone recommend a good PAL to NTSC converter? I have a 32" Sony Wega CRT TV. It only has s-video/composite/component inputs.

I have been looking at this site: http://www.world-import.com/samar.htm and the ComWorld CMD-1500 box
