Hello.
I have recently upgraded my computer to a 2400xp and an MSI Nforce2 Motherboard. I have also got a Geforce4 4200 (64mb RAM) and a iiyama 1451 19" CRT monitor.
Only on this new setup I am havign problems with in game screen size. I have my desktop at 1024x768 in 32bit and for the games I set it to the same. however when I'm in a game and It goes into a 3d mode (like D3D) the screen size shrinks. I have set up the game res to match the desktop 1024, but its still missing a good inch or two from the screen size. I have the computer running at 85hz and the drivers for the monitor from the site, but alas it makes no difference.
When I had my old hardware in the compouter, same drivers, same graphics card it would give me a full screen dipsplay with the same settings. Is there anywat I can adjust the size, because obvioulsy if i manually make the screen fit to the monitor in games, it will then be too big for the desktop.
Strange. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
