I have a Budget for $150.
So I was thinking about going for AMD path due to limited funds.
I was impress by AMD 890GX Chipset.
I think ASUS M4A89GTD Pro + USB3 MB have every thing and more what I desire 🙂 Able to unlock the core ( I think they are the only Manufacture who offer that function in this class of Chipset) Sata 6, USB 3
I think it has fastest IGP ??? :hmm: Perfectly fine for Hi-Def Video
Is there any other board offer same feature with better price ?????
Also what is the Max speed I can get if i decide to go with 4 memory module. The reason I asked because with DDR2 is 800Mhz Only.
 
$110 gets you a 790GX board. Unless you need the USB 3, why not just save the $40 and do something else with it?

Well wht I like about 890GX is better IGP (Dual Blu Ray Streaming) and Sata6 support natvily
However $40 amount is no small amount to ignore 🙂
