I love the GPS in my TL but the updates are costly arn't worth a damn. I got my wife a Garmen for her birthday and she loves it to death. Garmen offers specialty function cards that can find all kinds or restaurants, translate languages and a whole lot of other things. She has it with her now visiting her family up north. on and on

I'm guessing Circuit City/Best Buy could do it (shudders), but I'd assume I'm better off in some auto specialty place?
Find a local shop that specializes in mobile audio.

I would go to the dealer and play around with the unit to see how the interface is. Can you search/add destinations/etc while in motion? Is it touch screen? How easy is the interface to use? Things like that. I had navi in my TL and it was great...easy to use, fast and the interface just made sense. Bought a BMW recently and the interface is horrible. Slow, clumsy, stupid wheel, searching is damn near impossible.
